Are you interested in learning new coping skills? This supportive 10-week conversation and participation group for adults 55+ years will help you gain a broader knowledge in the areas of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to assist in emotional and behavioral empowerment. Each week you will have the opportunity to practice several life skills to support you in learning new coping skills.

**Group participants should be able to commit to all 10 sessions. It is mandatory to attend the first session. If a participant misses more than 2 sessions, they will be asked to withdraw from the group. If you are going to miss a session, please call Reception at (403) 945-3900 or 1-866-945-3905 to let the Facilitators know.
