Youth in grades 5 – 8
This workshop will teach children/youth successful thinking and empowerment techniques to decrease the nervousness often related to writing tests. Self-soothing and calming exercises, as well as anxiety reduction techniques will be taught to assist children/youth with achieving higher test scores and increased self-esteem.
