Anxiety is an increasingly common challenge that many youth and children are facing. This group will offer parents and caregivers holistic strategies and resources to help their children build resilience and develop coping strategies to help them manage their anxious thoughts and feelings. Parents and caregivers will have an opportunity to learn while also connecting with other families who are experiencing similar challenges.
