Overcoming Exam Anxiety Workshop (School Based Program)


Youth grades 9 – 12

This workshop will teach youth successful thinking and empowerment techniques to decrease the anxiety often related to exam writing. self-soothing and calming exercises, as well as new stress management techniques will be taught to assist youth with achieving higher exam scores and increased self-esteem.
