Are you struggling with anger in your life, has it become a way of life for you? Do you find yourself getting mad, really mad to the point of rage, slamming doors, yelling, reacting to those around you in destructive patters, driving angry, feel the world is against you?
Anger management programming provides a supportive environment to explore the anger in your life. You will learn that anger is an emotion everyone feels. You will learn how to control your anger and express it in appropriate ways. You will start to learn the root causes of your anger and how to deal with them. You will have an opportunity to share experiences. You will walk away feeling confident in your new tools and techniques that you can control your anger. You will develop your own personalized anger management plan.
